These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kyra Simmonds website and your purchase of handmade Clotches designer purses. By accessing this website and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
All Clotches are handmade, artisanal pieces. Each purse is unique and one-of-a-kind. Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, no two pieces are identical. Minor variations in color, pattern, and materials are part of the authentic character of each Cloche.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of all products. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to photography, monitor settings, and the natural variations in handmade items. We encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp for detailed information before purchase.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are calculated and invoiced separately based on your location within the USA.
We accept payment via Stripe, which processes major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated based on weight, destination, and the shipping method selected. A shipping quote will be provided via email within 24 hours of order confirmation. Final payment including shipping must be completed before the item ships.
Handmade items may require additional preparation time before shipping. Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your Cloche has shipped.
All items are carefully packaged. If your Cloche arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with the carrier to address the issue. Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because each Cloche is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and created with care and intention, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy applies to all purchases, without exception.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions about the specific Cloche you are purchasing and that you are satisfied with your selection.
Handmade items are crafted to the highest standard, but we do not provide warranties against normal wear and tear. Leather and other natural materials may develop a patina over time, which is part of their authentic beauty.
If you believe your Cloche has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt with detailed photos. We will review the matter, but manufacturing defects must be significant and clearly documented.
